Rode out with TonyB again & we did an extension of our usual loop. The weather was fab & we had a good old chat about bikes & life in general. My riding is improving well & I'm finding hills that used to be a struggle are now just not an issue. Went into Banbury Cycles for a mooch & then home for Coffee.
